"From an energy efficiency point of view, we have an efficient system. From a
construction cost point of view, we have saved money because of the fact that
the mechanical spaces are much smaller than our conventional systems, and as a
result, the actual construction costs are much lower. Based on our funding
processes, we only get funded for classroom space and not auxiliary mechanical
spaces. From an operating point of view, we have a very efficient cost effective
system, but on top of that, we also have good air quality. This system
provides us with 100% fresh air and we couldn't ask for something better than that."
